Terms & Conditions for AfspraakWacht Last updated: 19 August 2026 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AfspraakWacht (the "App"), operated by Yassin  ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. 1. What AfspraakWacht is — and isn't AfspraakWacht is an independent monitoring tool that checks publicly available appointment-availability information from the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) and participating Dutch municipalities (gemeenten), and notifies you when a slot matching your criteria appears to be open. AfspraakWacht does not book, hold, reserve, or guarantee any appointment. When you receive a notification, you must go to the relevant official website yourself and complete the booking there, in competition with everyone else who sees the same opening. This page explains what data the app collects, why, and what rights you have over it. AfspraakWacht works without a traditional account — there is no name, email, or password to sign up with.
